From “Never a Gym Person” to Confident and Strong: How One Bride-to-Be Transformed Her Life at The Colony

Before joining The Colony Health and Fitness, this member had never considered herself a “gym person.”
Like many others, life after lockdown had left her carrying a bit of extra weight and feeling low in energy.
When she got engaged, she decided it was time to make a change — to feel her best before her wedding and build long-term healthy habits.

She joined her coach, Jake, for training and followed him over when he became part of The Colony team — and she hasn’t looked back since.
At the start, she weighed 77 kilos and had very little fitness experience.
The goal was simple: feel fitter, stronger, and more confident before her big day.

Why She Nearly Didn't Start
