Here is the full breakdown of what we can offer you across an initial 6-week trial period:

  • Movement assessment that assesses your physical needs currently and how we can help achieve your individual goals.
  • Energizing group personal training sessions to enhance your results, tone up and to keep you accountable
  • Bootcamps each week to get you involved in our community and improve your overall fitness
  • A simple to follow  nutrition plan to help you lose weight on your terms
  • Twice per week check in messages regarding your sleep, nutrition, motivation etc so we can help you inside and outside the gym
  • Regular nutrition seminars and female health specialist seminars to help with all things health & nutrition.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all! We work with lots of beginners and people returning to the gym after long periods of time away from exercise.

We specialise in tailoring the workouts to suit all levels and meet you where you are exercise wise! 

You will be pushed still but in a way that lets you progress and learn as you go.


What equipment do I need to bring?

Just yourself, your gym kit and a water bottle! 

I have a special dietary requirement?

That's ok, over the years we've worked with almost every dietary requirement or preferance you can think of so we can tailor you're nutrition plan to you.

Even if it's just that you're a picky eater we can work with you to get you the result you want!

How long are training sessions?

All of our training sessions are an hour long including your warm up, the main work and anything else that's needed.

What time are training sessions?

We have sessions as early as 6am right through to 7-8pm most days with over 25 available time slots each week.

We aso use an app that lets you book what works for you each week.
